Reiki with Rebecca
What is Reiki? The word is formed by two Japanese words, where it originated, “rei” (meaning life force) and “ki” (meaning energy). It involves a very light touch or no touching of the body by the therapist, only holding their hands close to the client’s body. The therapist will move their hands over your body through different positions to discharge the negative energy and replace it with positive. The belief behind Reiki is that a life force energy flows through our bodies and that changes in this energy can affect your physical well being. Clients remain fully clothed and placed in a peaceful environment massage room.
What are the benefits of Reiki? There are many benefits from Reiki that include reducing stress, relaxation and basic comfort. At times clients can report feeling peaceful, grounded and just a general improved well being. Reiki also benefits the practitioner at the same time as the client – providing an energy balance to both.
If you are interested in experiencing Reiki, please call to set up an appointment with Rebecca. If you have more questions regarding the therapy, please contact Rebecca to discuss it. Pricing is listed below.
